I’ll never buy Hauwei again.. what a scam. Widespread known issues with the Home Button function & they say warranty doesn’t cover it. “External damage” suddenly appears on my phone once it’s in their possession. I had to take pictures before sending it in. What’s the point of me taking evidence of no damage, if that evidence is discarded as soon as the device leaves my possession?
