Why was I charged for a cancelled order.

I called and asked why I was charged for a cancelled order. I was informed the charge would drop off and not charged to my account. I had to call as I never heard from them. User's recommendation: If you don’t receive a call or email call them. They never reached ou to me until after my issue had been resolved by me.
