Dear Mr. Benchik, Due to the unpleasent way I was helped out at PCR, I'm forced to write this negative review. During my visit to your store earlier this week, I felt like if they people there didnt want me to be shopping there. There was a guy by the name of Mario, I believe I heard his name was that was yelling our curse words at other people and gave me a nasty look. I think that you should consider talking to your employees in regards to customer service since I believe that they dont have any. When I asked Mario for help, he sounded like if he didnt know what he was talking about and very forcefull wheter I was going to buy something or not. I dont think that is the way your should treat your customers. I think that you guys should close down, instead of giving bad service, or maybe its time to restructure the management and employees with more helpfull and smiley faces on them. The only one that did help me out, was a young lady who was at the register because even after I was asking a blond older lady with missing teeth, I dont recall her name, she ignored me and continued to be on the phone throughout my visit to your store. Most of the people there, this older lady with short dark hair looked like she was ready to kill someone. I know COPE and their services through community activities that I've participated. If I was to see PCR out in a service booth, I would be afraid to even stop by to see what other services COPE has to offer. That is why I felt I needed to write this letter. I hope to look into this matter promptly because I will not be refering any more of my family, friends and I will be giving negative input on the service of your store until I see that you have customer service on your volunteers and management.
