Why my on line banking is blocked

I sent a gift/on line transfer as wedding gift to my niece in US. In spite od OTP etc the bank has blocked my on line banking?! I am in India until beginning of September and I have no way of knowing what happens to my accounts. I can not Email them either and have lost quite a lot of ££ listening to their recorded messages.
