I canceled my subscription months ago and Im still being charged each month for it. When I log into the account. It shows that I canceled it but Im still being charged for it. Why? Ive been charged for 5 months extra now. I would like my money back and Ive tried calling into customer service but I get no where except ringing for hours and no one ever answering User's recommendation: Don’t get the premium subscription.
