Whole box of wipes do not have a code

Hello, This is the fourth pack of wipes that I have had used out of my box of wipes. And, it doesn't work at all. I have emailed, kept pictures, called customer service and emailed you again. I would appreciate a new box of wipes. Simply because they're all not working. And for this last pack of wipes no one has responded to me. I keep having to waste my time emailing and calling you guys because of a mistake on your part. Please email me back at Kyladurr@***.com and let me know what you can do to help me rectify this situation. User's recommendation: That this is a good product and this rarely happens.
