I's erase everything you put on the net about her. Then she might forgive you. Maybe, maybe not but you need to stop now... You get nothing else other than a judgment when we all sue you. I have received an email form Mr. White: "Lev, I have a local attorney who will be able to represent both of us. I will email you a purchase offer tomorrow to sign and get back to me. Then we can do a traditional closing. Ed" I've overnighted my notarized Deed to the Escrow Agent Rachel Scura, Scura Law Firm whose address was provided by Mrs. Michelle White. In 4 days I suddenly knew Allegany County has registered my land in Edward White's name. Immediately after registration Mr. White declined to pay for my land. After my literally "numerous" contacts demanding Mr. White to pay for my land, I've received this email: "Lev, my attorney {Rachel Scura} told me that this transaction has been finalized and that I owe you nothing else as per the law" Scura Law Firm does not respond to my requests to clarify the situation.
