I purchased a range stove from Airport Appliance in Concord, Ca in May of 2018 and purchased the NSI extended warranty for 3 years. I submitted a claim on 12/26/2020 due to the hot counter top element would not turn off. I still have not been able to use my range as of this date. I contacted my home warranty hoping it would be a faster response. They did send out someone and have to return for parts. They informed my home waranty that to repair the range will cost more than what the stove is worth and this is due to the manufacturing date. The home warranty offered me $250.00 toward repairing or purchasing a new one. I did not accept the offer and contacted NSI again. NSI found out that I filed a claim with my home warranty and they are denying the claim and want to close the claim. I am a senior citizen and not able to afford a new range. Please assist me with this complaint. I have phoned them on many occassions and have been placed on hold for up to 30 minutes with no resolution. Thank you
