Whirlpool & Brandsmart have horrible Terrible customer Service

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for the repair of a dishwasher purchased 6/30/2020 at Brandsmart. I called 800-843-****- the # given to me by Brandsmart- and the wait time to speak with a "Live Person" was 90 minutes the first time I called; 63 minutes the 2nd time; 60 minutes the 3rd time. I went on line and called 866-616-**** and then got a 27 minute wait time. I'm sorry but even 27 minutes is TOO DAMN LONG! BTW- I really hate this dishwasher Model # ADB1400AGS1- the stainless steel is already stained and I cannot get it looking clean! User's recommendation: Stay away from Whirlpool and Brandsmart. Don't buy the Brandsmart warranty because it does not start until AFTER the Whirlpool Warranty ENDS- two years from now! (Note: Amana or Kitchenaid are owned by Whirlpool) And it will take DAYS before you can get a live person on the phone! Once I finally made an appointment for service person he stayed less than 10 minutes and told my husband nothing is wrong with the machine!!Whirlpool wore me out and I think that is the whole idea.
