HELP HELP HELP PLEASE!! I have been shopping on View Your Deal for a very long time with no problems. With that being said, I ordered Dermaflash from the View Your Deal on 5/20/2019 and was following the emails from Dermaflash letting me know when to expect my product. On 5/28/2019 I received an email from Dermaflash stating that my package had been delivered. I always ship to my PO Box for my convenience. The email stated that my package was delivered to a front door with no address. So I called Dermaflash customer and spoke to Chad and he could not locate my order in his computer system and referred me to another customer service phone number. When I called the new customer service number guess who answered the phone, it’s Chad again and he still can’t find my order in his system. He told me they didn’t handle the orders from the View Your Deal and that he would have someone call me to straighten this mess out. I waited for a call back all day. So I called in the afternoon and spoke to a supervisor named Meg and she also told me that Dermaflash was not handling any of the View Your Deal orders and that I needed to contact Help@***.com so I sent an email with my problem and got back an email telling me Dermaflash is handling the customer service of these orders and on the email It stated that I was to get help from Kathryn at Dermaflash. As of today 5/30/2019, I have not been able to get a call back from anyone at Dermaflash or ViewYourDeal in order to get my problem investigated and resolved. I need either my product or a refund and an explanation for the run around that I’ve been experiencing over the last 2 days.
