I bought this Phoenix cruiser in January and took them the dealership about two weeks to get it ready and I pick it up and the wife and I go through it we had a list of 17 items that were wrong windows were falling off of it the electric plugs didnt work some of the lights didnt work the mirror on one side driver side mirror its frozen sound it didnt work so you couldnt see what was there we had no hot water it didnt work User's recommendation: Stay as far away from Phoenix cruiser as you can I called them and asked them to help me get out of the rig into a different one because of so many problems pretty much told me to forget it so I’m telling people be careful don’t deal with a company like this I will send pictures but at this time the vehicle is still sitting at the service center.
