Where is my furnace?

I ordered a DFSD 12111 through Camping World back on January 22, 2021. I have been billed for it and have paid for it. I have called your customer support every Monday for four weeks inquiring as to when it will ship. I have been told repeatedly "it will ship next Monday". It was supposed to have been shipped Feb 16, Feb 22, Mar 1, and now today, Mar 8. All I want is the truth. Please quit lying to me. Where is my furnace?
