When I was picking up and paying for my order with my credit card there was a cockroach running across the counter. If I hadn’t already paid I would have canceled my order.

The crew was very nice but when I mentioned there was a bug crawling across the credit card reader, they said it was probably just some cheese. How often do you check your stores?
