When I press the play button nothing happens

When I press the complete payment button, nothing happens then I have to back out of that page and re-enter for a total of six attempts to pay. I finally cancel the order twice. If I continue to have that same problem it will make me reluctant to make any more purchases. User's recommendation: No recommendations unless they have the similar problems.
