Update by user Jul 20, 2021 I had a really great customer service representative. Everything went smoothly and everything got solved. She understood my frustration, and was really nice and helpful. So, now I'm okay. Thank you. Original review posted by user Jul 20, 2021 Was informed by an automated voice I could request a call-back. When I first called, I put a 3 meaning I'm a visitor. When the call-back came it should not want a tangerine card number as I'm a visitor with a question. A customer representative should have come on and assisted me, instead of me being put back on hold once again. Very unhappy. User's recommendation: Forget about calling back with questions. You won't get to talk with anyone.
