When I enter my information it says it can’t recognize my information

No one helped me I bought this moneypak and can't use it i am extremely unsatisfied with the service you have provided as well as my money being held from me without any explanation as to why it will not let me deposit the money Pak I purchased at walgreens.I missed the opportunity to send my mother money on her birthday so that she could have a good dinner.If there is nothing done to fix this I will never again use greendot anything and will be sure to explain to my mother on her 60 birthday how greendot let her down User's recommendation: As of right now I would never recommend greendot unless this is taken care of.
