Hi my name is Maribel Manzano I was traveling from mco to New York yesterday 7/14/2018 @ about 10:30 am I was a sign a wheel and the lady that push the whairchair was not very polite I was sitting in the chair waiting for my turn than she comes and take me full blast to the gate we have enough time to make but I don't know why she was in a hurry I had told her slow down I am traveling with two minor and she say to me they can catch up I say to her mrs this week is an airport where there is so many people and she say they will be ok when we got to the gate at the sercurity she says to me can you walk I say but all I have is surgery on my foot so she says get up so I try to get up but my pants got stuck in a screw in the chair she comes up and did not even try to remove it easy she just can and tear my pants and when I told her she says you will be ok when we got to the place to sit there to wait for the broad the plane she come up to me in a very quiet voice and tell me to give her a tip I told her I don't have cash on me and she says oh come on you are traveling and you don't have money look and see in your purse so my granddaughter is traveling with me she is 14 years she says I got 3 dollar on me so we gave her the 3 dollar and she said next you will push your self because for 3 dollars nobody works I said to her that fine thank you anyway i am feeling very bad about this situation my confirmation # is FNYQHQ though JetBlue thank you please respond quick about this
