In June 2018 my personal mechanic installed a brand new rack on my car. I then took my vehicle to Mr. Tire for an alignment. When I arrived to pick the car up I found it in this condition (see photo). Neither the manager or the technician were aware. What's worst, the rack boot was torn during the install which my mechanic pointed out... fast forward 6 months later my rack is dead because dirt got into the boot. $400 down the drain, plus the cost for the alignment! a Theresa from Monroe (parent company) reached out to me due to a poor survey result that I posted. I've tried to call her or get in touch with someone since.. no one has called me back or attempted to reach me.
