What the *** – silence?

I contacted your company last week leaving a voice mail regarding if I could do something to upgrade my current Monitronics system sensors and cloud access. I want to add more sensors - glass break, fire, water leak detection, indoor and outdoor cameras. I mentioned that I was thinking about leaving your company if I couldn't upgrade it. You would think I would get someone to call. Nobody has contacted me and it has been 4 days! Mark Shepard 18256 N 75th Ave Glendale, AZ 85308 623 229-5653 not sure why I need to add 100 words - you really don't make it easy for your customers. Strange concept, for a company that relies on customers like me, or maybe you have bigger accounts, so the little guy doesn't matter. So, I can almost stop this rambling as I just hit 100 words!
