Trying to understand what Peer Venture Partners is about. The home (the main) page of the website doesn't contain anything useful, there's no menu and it's actually a single page. It contains several sentences about the fund itself and there's also a link to another website made by the same fund, I guess. It's called Peer Summit. It looks like an invitation to an upcoming event something, but honestly, it's not really clear. The second website has the same problem as the first one: no interesting and comprehensive information, no specifics. On that basis it's hard to realize whether they are active or not, whether they are scammers or not. if not, let me know, please.
