I contacted synchrony to pay off my debt I asked if they settle with me by taking off interest and late payments they lady on phone said yes if you pay 596 (half my total) now your account will be paid in full. Now a month later it says I owe over 1000$ I call in they said that rep put the money towards the interest and late fees and there is nothing they can do about it. Even tho it says the line is recorded they said there is no way to review the recording. I will not be giving this *** hole company any more money they can go bleep them selves.
