I contracted Gustafson Indistries to re roof a rental property in Boynton Beach Florida. The owner Mike Gustafson told me that the tile was on back order from the factory, and it would be 3 weeks before they would deliver it. About 3 weeks went by, I called to find out when they would finish the job? My call went to voice mail and was not returned. I was sent an email saying that they need me to select the color of tile. I called Mike to find out what was going on. Since Mike had signed the form from the association identifying the tile manufacturer and style and color, I had to assume the email was a mistake. No, that's when they started to give me the run around. Every time I called I got a different person, making promises and failing to deliver. The bottom line, Mike lied about the tile, it was in stock, it took 9 weeks for the job to be completed, It should have been done in 30 days according to Mike when they started. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to Mike he responded "that he didn't understand why it was such a big deal?" I think that says it all. Find another roofer, this one is no good!
