I got a coupon and wanted to use my points but BrilliantDistinctionsProgram did everything to prevent me from doing that. When I tried to use it their website always said that it was too early to use my points. When I contacted BrilliantDistinctionsProgram customer service they did nothing to help me, they even did not explain what was going on. It really seemed that they simply did not care. Their rep said that if their site says that it's too early then I need to wait. What a waste of time!
