This company will do whatever it can not to honor a warranty!!! The screws literally have fallen out of my chairs, table and Benches. The tops are just kind of sitting there. Won't cover or replace ANYTHING!!! Filed a claim because of damaged wood. I was told that wasn't covered. Why did I waste my money on insurance if NOTHING is covered!!!
