I regret I sent money on this. To many people it isn't a big deal, it's one of those problems that can be resolved sooner or later, but nothing to do, I felt bad anyway. I used them for the first time (and the last time for sure). Uploaded our wedding photos that looked marvelous on the website. However, when we got them, the photos looked like they were printed on a toilet paper with the lowest quality in the world. I was very disappointed :( If they had said that our photos are not suitable we would just have chosen a different resolution and that's all...
