What a %&*^$#! company

Wow, where to start? Rude phone service right off the bat, no greeting, just a "click" and I'm on hold. I placed an order online, called the next day, and was told it was never delivered. They said "the designer wanted more money and should have called you". Who sells a product and then asks for more money later? I never would have known the flowers weren't delivered unless I called the next day. No follow up, no real apology, just "i'll refund your money". Worst company I have ever dealt with, no lie.
