Western Boradband NEVER told me they were going to limit my upload and downloads. I signed up to run a business and then can't get my work done. I looked around and finally found another provider who isn't limiting me anymore. Cobalt seems to be working great. If you need to do more than read emails don't chose Western Broadband. HEADACHE all the way! I have read complaints about Cobalt on several websites but they seem to be SPAMMED out by other business owners as my service works great. Not sure what people are talking about but Im very happy!
