We paid for our vehicle 15 days ago, and we still dont have it!! We are paying insurance on a vehicle we dont have! Carvana was supposed to meet us on Sunday July 18, but then they said they couldnt. Then they said they would deliver to our house. Well they didnt, but of course they took the deliver fee out of our account. This is an absolute disgrace. They took our money but no car! User's recommendation: Don’t use Carvana.
