I came in to get diagnostic on my wheel bearing on my 2013 Kia Soul well after about an hour or so waiting the guy comes back tell me that here it's my transmission that needs done needs fluid changed in it and I also need a shock and spring and a there was nothing they could do ball joint in other words like $1,400 worth of work well worth of work done on it well didn't mention anything said my wheel bearing was okay I go to pull out I told him I couldn't afford to have anything fixed right today I go to pull out later the car is making an awful has noise for me that it must have just broke while they put it on the left even take your vehicles there for service sound and it never was doing that when I pulled in there so I pulled right back around to ask them what it happened what they did why is it making this noise and it wasn't when I pull it in here they're going to tell me oh man what the *** there was nothing they could do. User's recommendation: Don't ever take your vehicle there to be serviced they're just trying to rip people off make money off of you 4 things you don't might not even need not to mention they break your vehicle so did you do need other things they're terrible.
