Why is it necessary to be so bad having great items? The way you work and they way you treat your customers is terrible, but at the same time, I can't complain about the quality. But probably, it's not the golden middle, just one side is worse and more important. With a bad CS you won't succeed. Just think about it. I love what I got, but I will definitely never order from them again and look for different websites.
