After originally placing my order, I received a call informing me that - due to my artwork provided - my order would have to be upgraded to accommodate the number of colors needed. I asked if it could be done in simple single color and, after consulting with the art department, I was told no. I went ahead and canceled due to not having the budget for the increase. The next day or two, I received an updated proof in my email asking if it would work. I approved and it came out great! You guys went above and beyond to help me stay in budget and get what I needed. I couldn't be happier!
