Mashreq bank representative Hasun, mis committed me that there is welcome bonus amount which you will get if you open an account with us but I never ever got that bonus amount. And when I complaint against it in the bank, instead of asking to their representative that why he mis committed to the customer, bank asked to me to provide the proof and closed the complaint.
