We have a job-site located at 15584 Hesperian BLVD in San Lorenzo, After numerous calls and complaints my 3 Porto potties and wash stations have not been cleaned in 10 days with 30 employees on site. This is totally unacceptable even after speaking to someone that says they apologize for any inconveniences caused they will schedule someone to come out asap! Which has not happened in 10 days!!! FYI, TPC will not be using united site services on our job-sites any longer. This company is a joke when you call there number the answering service comes on about due to COVID-19 they are paying extra attention to their customers! This is so far from the truth its scary. The bottom line is they just don't stand by there word or their contract! I have them scheduled for service twice a week and they cant even make it once. Oh and I will be giving them a bad review!!! User's recommendation: Stay away from from this company!!!
