Today, on October 3, 2018, I asked Jennifer, your employee, to help me fix my website pages. In one page, after I followed her instruction, the page got worse and the employee categorically and aggressively refused to help me. I told her that I have paid extra money to be able to call and get help, but she was adamant that she was not going to spend an hour to help me. She said she wold send me written stuff so that I could read it and do the job myself. I told her that I could not understand written instruction and needed a patient employee to help me with my page, to no avail. Ms. Jennifer was extremely insensitive and used a very rude tone of voice with me. I am a 71 year-old writer. This is not the way to treat the elderly.
