I ordered my Marriage license and Certificate on April 01, 2021 and it sat with the label made at your VitalChek office . The first notification for delivery was set for April 04, 2021 through UPS. I went onto the VitalChek site and entered my Order number-[protected] with pin, and it said it was shipped. I stayed home everyday through the 19th of April. I called UPS and asked about the order numerous times when I did not receive the forms on April 04, 2021 and they kept saying a label was made, but they had NOT received it from VitalChek. The VitalChek website continued to say it was shipped! I called two times and sat on the phone for over an hour both times. I also sent a couple of emails asking about the order as there was no answer by phone and there was no reply. I finally asked for a refund as I no longer needed the forms, no reply, and I finally received my forms! Nineteen (19) days from day I ordered them! This is frustrating to your customers. I paid almost $100 for these 2 forms. The wedding certificate is on plain certificate paper. The certificate of vital records is on government paper stock. Neither has a punched seal. I paid $2.50 for both through Arapahoe County and they were certified. I got them in two days!) You Overcharged by a lot! You put both certificates in one UPS envelope and charged me $20 a piece for a total shipping of $40.00 to just mail it! The address of mailing was Cherry Creek in Denver, Colorado. I could have picked up the forms the day you printed them. I am not happy. I will not be giving your company information out to anyone. You are a scam. My husband is a disabled Veteran and we are on a budget. I was applying for Social Security and needed the forms. I am Very Disappointed and will not use VitalChek again.
