Website publishing is not working

I went through Weebly yesterday to add a Testimonial statement to my Website and hit the Publish button a number of time, When I went to my Testimonial Web page today the added text was NOT there! I tried calling for technical support and was told to ask for an 8-digit PIN through Help. Webbly.com but when I went to Contact Us, the only option was a Chat box to which NO ONE IS Responding!
