Website malfunctioning

Last month I was notified that I had a credit. The same notification appeared on the site when I tried to shop. However, when I made my choice the invoice did not reflect the credit. I contacted customer service who told me that the promotion had ended. Its odd that it would be on the site but over. Today I received notification that I have a $35.00 credit. I log on and there is the add for the credit. However, when I click on a category in order to make a purchase it says there is an error and it cant connect me. One category opens up to show five or six subcategories. No matter which I chose I get the same error message. This is very frustrating and poor customer relations.
