For all the choices,Customer Service, General Questions ect., when you select submit it asks you to fill in all the information even thought the info is filled in. I did notice that there is no way to fill in an address name at the top of the form. This is true on both IE and Chrome. Also trying to find parts is a nightmare. I was looking for a replace 4 position gun rack for an AX11652. After many minutes of trial and error and looking at the search ( utterly useless) i found it but could not order because it asked me for a nonexistent part number. I thought I did not receive one in my new safe, but I finally found it in the bottom. I expected better from Barska. the Barska Support external website is a joke. No clear indication or description of warranty or returns.
