First off, I do like the service. Price is good and data speed and coverage good. No issues there. BUT......whenever I try to do any business on their website, it is horrible. Horrible to the point I can't even log in. Went through log in process twice and did NOT WORK. This is not the first time this has happened. Every time I try to log in, it's the same hassle. frustrating. User's recommendation: Don't use their website. Call them.
