Website Does Not Work to Cancel Service

Order number: [protected] Account type: Full access membership (Trial) Date: Feb 11 2021 We cancelled service through their website but they still charged our card! The website does not show verification of cancellation and no email confirmation issued so we had no way of showing proof of cancellation. They do not answer emails or phone calls. We did a search and found they have horrible reviews and one (1) star on BBB.
