I joined an online agency called Angel stages who provide castings for jobs. After paying the fee to become a "Full" member, I have been unable on several occasions to upload any press shots / demos / CV's I have written to them on 3 separate occasions asking them to fix this and or cancel my subscription, but have been completely ignored. I am concerned as they have already taken money from my account and still have my direct debit details, but also that I have paid for a service I never received...
