It is beyond me how a company that provides power to a good portion of the midwest can't even have a functional website; one that makes it nearly impossible to PAY THEIR BILL in a timely and convenient fashion. My time is no more valuable than the next persons, I understand that, and so I do my best to manage my life and affairs in a convenient and efficient fashion while always thinking of the people in and around my life; I'm only one person. Consumers Energy, you have a virtual monopoly on the business of energy service to the area I reside in and I promise you, it isn't that hard to get the little things correct when you have the amount of resources provided to you. DO BETTER, I shouldn't have to log in, log in again, add a payment method and add it again only to find that somewhere along the line, the select a payment date is no longer available and therefor, no payment can be made. I'm guessing you provide these "convenient payment methods" for a reason and I'd hate to see that your money is being wasted on a simple payment platform that only works half of the time. Figure it out, you worthless and unfortunately necessary buffoons. Yours truly, Disgruntled enough customer.
