I bought into the cold call i got on how great they were and signed up, After getting the web up and running i found that it would not sync with my local MLS and i had to put everything in manually which i did. I totally take the blame on being lazy and kept the website for 3 years which was 3 years longer than i should have. I had to get a new credit card so my automatic payment didn't go through to them and got an email to this which i said great they will cancel since they are not getting paid wrong got another bill so i called to cancel but the rep Jason even after telling him 5 times that i wanted to cancel was still trying to convince me otherwise so i got pissed and hung up. Still got emails on billing so i sent in an email that i wanted to cancel that didnt work so 3 months later after they threatened collections i paid them just to go away. Very bad customer service and i will never recomend them to anyone
