We lost our 2 50.00 steam cards.

We emailed steam as soon as we found out we lost them. I sent my Walmart receipt to them and asked them to delete the card number and send me two new cards so Im not out of a $100,00 dollars. I havent heard back from them. I cant afford more cause Im in a fixed income and they were gifts for Easter for my grand children. Please someone help me
