We call no one helps, our claim used to be there, where did it go, this is a scam, and we will no longer be taken.

We have been waiting for over 3 months for a replacement dryer that was approved on 27 November this is ridiculous we had a policy with total protect, and now it's with you there's been no phone calls no movement forward in fact when I look at my account the claim has been deleted. If you do not respond within 24 hours we will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and seek legal means to recover laundry services since the period of Oct to whatever future date of a settlement, and also insurance premiums to date since we were never notified of the change of home warranty service from total protect to Cinch in fact we are still being charged under are auspices of total protect. User's recommendation: Use another company.
