I called for plumbing estimate and was told they would not charge a service fee whether they did job or not. I specifically asked this as they wouldnt even give us an idea until they got here. Other companies at least gave us an idea. When they got here they said it would be like $80 for estimate and we said another company only charges $45 so then they reduced to $49. They then only had to spend 2 minutes literally to fix it with no parts and then wanted to charge us $261. The other company said if there was a ignition issue would be 160 and there wasnt even any issue with that. He then said he had a coupon and almost matched the price but not quite. Still had to pay $180 for a 2 minute job. Wow! Im in the wrong line of work. I would love to make $180 for an hr let alone 2 minutes. Can only imagine if they did need parts and had longer time to fix. No wonder they have a rating of 1.6. Should have looked first but was desperate to get it fixed right away. Dont use this company u less you want to get ripped off!!! User's recommendation: Don’t use this company.
