I got a Carrera Cal 1887 around Dec. 2014, since then I have been using the watch only on occasions, as it's an expensive watch, otherwise, the watch is kept inside a closed glass winder box. After a short while I found out that the watch is delaying and stoping if I leave it over night outside the wonder. I took it twice to the service center in Dubai, paid around 3000 Aed (almost 750€) but unfortunately the watch is still in the same condition. I have filled a complaint on Tag Heuer official website but unfortunately I haven't received any feedback to date. I hereby request Tag Heuer to either refund my money which was around 16, 000 Aed (around 4000€) or to take a serious action to fix my watch.
