I HATE this "supposedly" lawnmower....Damn!!!!! I purchased this piece if junk on May 27th 2018, cut my grass ONE TIME, and the damn thing had to be serviced - NOT even covered by the "so-called warranty - I had to pay $40.00....plus it was November 5th when the repair shop said it was ready for pickup - 3 months!!!!! It is THIS year 2019 that I was able to cut my grass since getting this machine out of the shop - can't cut grass in the winter months!!!!! I have ONLY had the pleasure of cutting my grass TWICE NOW cause this machine stopped working.....I've checked everything!!!!! I checked the Oil, and realized it needs oil.... NOW this is the dilemma - How the *** do you put oil in the chamber??? The Oil Chamber sits under the motor, and upon trying to put oil in the awkwardly positioned chamber I spilled oil ALL over me!!!!! I was pissed!!!!! I called TWICE to MTD Customer Service for help.....received a Claim Number to call Technical Support......I was so pissed that I could not get any resolution. I waited 3 weeks before I called Technical Support, stayed on the phone for 2-3 hours, and emailed a picture of the Oil Chamber since they didn't or rather couldn't find my machine model.....I was then given the phone number to Briggs and Stratton for help.......wth!!!!! I FINALLY saw a customer's review on how to put oil in this Awkwardly. posutioned Oil Chamber!!!!!! I had to buy a "fkexible funnel", and I put in the oil!!! NOW I'm thinking this lawnmower will crank.....NO IT DID NOT!!!!! I'm Done with this piece of crap......I Want My Money Refunded from Somebody!!!! This is WRONG to even sell this crap of a so-called lawnmower..... So if you plan on buying this lawnmower you'd better read the various reviews.....Wish I had because Home Depot has a 30 day return policy, and MTD is no help!! I curse the day I purchased this damn piece of ***
