Was tricked by Budget Rental Car. Booked through Costco.

Just wanted Costco to know what Budget did. Wasn't blaming Costco but felt they should know that Budget failed to deliver on the stated cost of the rental car. At this point, we have not heard from Costco AND was charged the full amount demanded by Budget. This in spite of a offer to reduce the charge by $115. Stated cost-$350 Charged cost-$656 User's recommendation: Don't rent from Budget/Avis, even through Costco Travel.
