Was told refund was denied.

Was told after speaking to Marta from the hotel that she would issue a refund for the hotel charge but I would need to contact Expedia to receive a refund for the Expedia charge. Was told that the hotel has to take care of all that, which was done, but the Expedia charge needs to be taken care of.
